CONTINUING EDUCATION SEMINAR
Helping Funeral Directors Manage Compassion Fatigue, Critical Incident Stress and Burnout
Funeral directors deal with stressful situations all the time. This program will equip funeral directors and their staff with comprehensive knowledge and practical strategies to effectively recognize, manage, and mitigate compassion fatigue, critical incident stress and burnout. Participants will gain insights into the unique stressors of their profession and develop personalized techniques to enhance well-being and resilience. This training will empower funeral directors and staff to prioritize their mental health and well-being while delivering compassionate care to grieving families.
Presenter: Representatives of the 10-33 FOUNDATION
The 10-33 Foundation is current and former First Responders, Military personnel and their spouses, mental health professionals and community members who understand the unique personal and professional challenges faced by those who serve our community every day.
